Appointment & Deposits
Appointments are reserved specifically for each client. A deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Any required deposit will be applied towards the total cost of your service.
Pricing
Pricing listed on the website are starting prices unless otherwise stated. Final pricing may vary based on your natural hair length and density, desired braid length and size, and the amount of time or product required. Final pricing will be confirmed before your service begins.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please provide at 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations and missed appointments may result in the loss of your deposit and may require a new deposit before another appointment can be booked.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to have their appointment adjusted or rescheduled to avoid affecting other clients.
Hair Preparation
Please follow the preparation instructions provided for your selected service. If you are bringing your own braiding hair, please arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time for hair preparation.
Braiding hair is not included with any service. If you would like to purchase braiding hair from Nicole Hair Château, please let us know in advance so the appropriate hair can be prepared for your appointment.
Guests & Children
Due to limited salon space, please come alone to your appointment. No children or additional guests are permitted unless they are receiving a scheduled service. This helps us maintain a comfortable, relaxing, and professional environment for all clients.
